Least Restrictive Terms

Have you ever been frustrated reading the LONG Terms of Service contracts at other stock photography web sites? If so, you will be happy to hear we only have only three restrictions on the usage of our photos:

1.)	You may not resell, redistribute, or make available for redistribution or resale by a third party the images on our site.

	Use on greeting cards, t-shirts, mugs, postcards designed for sale, or any other items incorporating the image in a prominent manner, with the intent to be sold to more than one client, is considered redistribution and is not allowed. The one exception to this rule is Web Templates. You are allowed to use our images in Web Templates. We retain the full copyright to the images, you are licensing the rights for unlimited usage.

2.)	The rights to our images are non-transferable. Meaning you can not provide our images to another designer for them to use.

3.)	You are not allowed to do anything that defames or otherwise slanders any of the models in our photos.

Quality Photos

All our photos are over 3MP (3 Million pixels) and are based on a constantly evolving variety of subjects. Please feel free to suggest photos you would like to see. We can't promise anything, but we are always looking to fully satisfy our customers. All our images are in the JPG/JPEG format.
