What does Royalty Free mean?
Royalty-Free means you have non-exclusive use of the image for a one-time flat fee. Once you purchase an image or subscription,you are able to use the images in a variety of ways including websites, advertising, brochures, packaging, etc. There are very few restrictions on how you can use the images.

What is the pricing for your photos?
We offer two pricing models to better meet your needs. The first model offers is a monthly subscription where you can download up to 30 images per day. The second model offers you the ability to buy credits at 1 download per credit. The minumium amount you can spend on credits is $10. You can see our low prices and sign up on the subscribe page.

What forms of payment do you accept?
To keep our prices low, we only accept payment via Paypal or Cashiers Check. Paypal is the most secure eCommerce site out there and SnappyStock will never know your credit card number. We will only know that payment has been made.

How is my info. used/tracked? Do you give my info. to any 3rd parties?
Absolutely not, we don't provide your personal information to ANY 3rd parties, and since payment is made securely through PayPal, you have nothing to worry about.

Do you have a refund policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. Since we have no control over the tracking of images after they have been downloaded, it would not be practical for us to offer refunds.

Do I own the rights to any photo that I download?
No. You may not resell or post (free or for payment) the photos by themselves, with no exceptions. If you use them as part of another product, service, or work where the photos make up less than 50% of the product, and that product is not a stock image or stock photography related product, then it's OK. For example, web templates are OK because the photos would represent less than 50% of the entire work.

Can I resell the photos I download as photos?
No. You may not resell or post (free or for payment) the photos by themselves, with no exceptions. Can I use your photos in Web Templates?
Yes, and you can use them in as many templates as you want without having to purchase them separately for each template. We challenge you to find another company that offers the same flexibility.

How large are the photos? What is the DPI
There is a wide variety of sizes, all are over 2.5MP (2.5 Million Pixels). The DPI varies from 72 DPI to 300 DPI.

If I change/alter the image, can I claim the copyright?
You may alter or make changes to the photos as long as you are not defaming any of the models, however, you may not claim copyrights to that image. We retain the copyright.
